The Baille Ard Nature Trail is Cape Breton's newest scenic wonder. This three kilometer trail is ideal for walking, jogging, and bird-watching. It has two fresh water brooks and 14 acres of mixed forest. The main entrance for the Baille Ard Trail is located on Cottage Road, behind Sherwood Park Education Center, and is only three kilometers from downtown Sydney.
